David has worked in international development for ten years and took his PhD in evaluating the impact of ICT on education in Africa at Royal Holloway, University of London. His work in policy, as an academic and as a consultant has focused on the social implications of technology, education policy, cross-sector partnerships and the impact assessment of development programmes.
David is a director at Jigsaw Consult, a social enterprise working in international development. David also regularly lectures at Royal Holloway. He is also Chair of Trustees for Refugee Support Network, a London-based charity providing educational support to young people affected by displacement and crisis.
